About WaHaYeah Sketch Group 

WaHaYeah Sketch Group founded at the end of 2016, is an art organization founded by a group of Urban Sketchers. Apart from promoting the practice of Urban Sketching, We also takes part in crossed-media, community-based projects with other organizations.

During the past five years, WaHaYeah has hosted over 130 Urban Sketching events, some of that also includes local guided-tours to deepen the participants’ understanding of the districts’ history and features. Our Urban Sketching events happen not only in urban areas, but also in rural areas. Rural sketching tours create good opportunities for our participants to hike, sketch and appreciate our Mother Nature at the same time. We hope to foster closer relationships between our participants and the community through our diversified art programme. Through these interactions, we wish

to strengthen people's sense of belonging to our beloved home city.

《畫下嘢》(WaHaYeah Sketch Group)成立於2016年尾,是以城市畫家(Urban Sketcher) 所組成的藝術團隊,除積極推廣「城市寫生(Urban Sketching)」活動外,同時亦會以跨媒體形式與其他團體合作參與社區活動。我們希望藉著多元的畫畫活動拉近畫友與社區的關係,產生互動從而加強對我城的歸屬感。
